Alright this project took me quite some time to make on RPG maker XP but finally it's here

I guess we could say these are the origins of sesilou.... but mostly it's to
test out the gameplay. (around 45 min of gameplay I think)

well considering it's a paradox, crossovers are still possible (unless it starts to overflow)

*sigh* might as well try making other sidequests...

next one: MISSION #02 "NATURE'S PUZZLE"

hopefully in a few weeks I might update.

Interesting game. I would fix some of the walking through stuff, and I would fully heal the hero after the first boss (err, that masked guy).

I like the plot, the point of view, etc. XD

I gotta say, I'll give you these crits and recommendations:

  • If you have time, make your cutscenes look interesting and detailed, cuz they move so lightning fast (And lazy-looking), it takes off the seriousness. XD
  • Like Rika said, some objects need to be worked on, cuz objects like the table in Sesilou's house can be stepped on.
  • Before the chapter begins, make your character have a full recovery. XD
  • The normal enemies in the beginning are already very challenging D;
  • I HATE THOSE FEINT ATTACKS FROM THE DAMN GUARD. OMYGOD, THEY KEEP MAKING MY LIFE HALVED XDD (You don't have to answer this, I just like saying that)

OTHER THAN THAT, KEEP IT UP!

well now I'm tryingto find a way to prolong the cutscenes with some unskippable text. (hopefully I'll find a tutorial on how.)

as for the rather insane dificulty well consider this, you control a teen
with no physical or military training whatsoever pitting him against
other dimensional warriors... well of COURSE he's gotta start real weak
(to make the game on some aspects like real life.. note that his max Lv is currently up to 3 until being radiated with atlus)

also some objects like table and certain plants ARE walkable (I was too lazy to add jump animations... also some objects are destroyable)

HINTS: #1 Sesilou DOES have a limit break.... hidden of course
#2 the objects you can destroy depend on the weapon sesilou
currently holds.
#3 this one's not yet implemented but WILL be later on...
spamming Sesilou's Limit break will decrease 10 HP
PERMANENTLY (after 2 times per battle. 3rd will drain)

oh and Btw.... has anyone got to the secret dev room yet?

oh yeah... rika. some of the stuff (like the table) can be walked on purpose. I was gonna add climbing animation, (but I was too lazy XD) and the result was the pass trhrough table.

and yes some walls are also passable (that's because I'm gonna hide stuff in there later)

as for healing after the 1st boss. you can always eat breakfast on the 1st floor of sesi's house
(on the table upper side with dishes)

Ok sorry for being a bit absent I have succesfully completed the recent demo.

over an hour of gameplay a custom sidequest and a beta area for the possiblr LSSD mission

do please tell if the "install" system works fine.

also on that area there is a place where you can start walking outside from the map.
THIS IS NOT A GLITCH I actually have big plans for that place soon.

oops... sorry about that.... he he... I kinda use the thread also to update on the game

the current demo I have uploaded is ver 4.5 containing about 1/3 of the full game
with experimental sidequests plus experimental internet area.

mind telling me if it actually works?

and one last question....

is that place good enough for a custom LSSD? or do I set the mission somewhere else?
