 Re: Eden's Launcher - Widescreen and High Resolution HUD I finally made time to try out this program; it seems to work out after a couple of tweaks were made.
On this old PC of mine, I seem to have a limit as to how large it can be, and I am not that surprised since the option exe file also limits the resolutions to 1024 x 768 (4:3). I mean my monitor supports a good enough resolution of 1600 x 900 as it is, but every time I exceed my game's typical resolution settings, the game window closes immediately after opening. (Plus, turning on the higher resolution HUD looks too small, even when I turn off Window Mode.) I am not sure how that happens, but maybe I can look through my graphics settings via Catalyst Control Center or just get something that can support resolutions greater than 1024 x 768 with a bigger monitor, graphics card, or both. So whatever it is, it's shouldn't be a hard problem; just some pro tips would be nice to have before I ruin this old PC again.
As for another PC I tested, the higher resolution HUD looks fine since it wasn't really really small like it was on my old PC with 1024 x 768, so on this PC, I am able to enjoy the view. The only issue I have with this PC is that I must right click the laucher exe file and click Run As Administrator everytime to execute properly. I never had that kind of problem before, but that's not something serious to fret. Good thing that I read the big note at the bottom of the first post before asking for help.
One more thing, is there any way that the home menu can close without having part of the screen black out, or is that stuck?

Just tried it out and so far it's been great. I really dig the High-Res HUD option as well. Bravo!
One request though - is there any chance of custom/arbitrary resolution support? Would it be feasible to auto-calculate the FOV changes and UI shifts based on the aspect ratio? (if that's not done already)
