ok once i returned home after a few weeks of being at my brothers house (played pso and stuff there) and i try to log on ( to any server sct/ult/eden) and the same thing happens on all 3. it usually just hangs at the matrix for up to 5-10mns and then says server full.. but somtimes it will go to the char selection screen and when i select a char and it goes to the warping(conecting) screen i get "online.exe has stopped working" and i cannot fathom why this is happening as i could connect to all 3 perfectly before i went to my brothers house and nothing has changed.. and im aware its not a actuall pso problem as it acts the same for 3 diff servers so im guessing its network problem.....but regaurdless any insight as to why this is happeng would be greatly aprecieated XD

Seems like it's your internet, but that's just a guess.

well i know its either internet or a networking issue....thus being said i have called my isp and nothing has changed with my internet.... and ive use ASO to clean up my registry ive done a factory reset on my router(a few time) and power cycled my modem a dozen times at least...but im thinkin some how my brothers internet/network reconfigured somthing on my computer while i stayed a few weeks at his house and thus causing the problem..also idk if this helps but i can do evrything else with my internet IE* browsing/streaming/DL'ing ect...ect...
