After the new update i have a anoying bug on my PsoBB.exe
He Crash 4/5 after the character selection (connection to lobby and after)

I have the same thing, only I've never crashed there. o.o
Try turning your "data execution prevention" off and see if it helps.
Right click "Computer" or "My computer" and go to properties. Then click advanced settings. Under preformance, hit "Settings...". Now click the "Data execution prevention" tab. Now add PSOBB.exe to it and apply. See if it helps. ^^
