It only has boosted stats at Christmas, at all other times of the year it has those stats.

but 25 def 25 evp for a lvl 120 armor seems kinda cheap even for xmas item.
lvl 10 armor would be better LOL

At Christmas it is the best armour in the game (400, 400, 50, 50, 50, 50, 50) . So you can't really compare it to a lv10 armour. Any other time of the year its (25, 25, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12).

Although only the staff can decide for certain, I'm pretty sure that its novelty and limited time window of use would suggest that it would be a recurring event.

In other words, I do believe it would happen again -- both drops and stat boosts.

Its like having a weapon called Once A Year and its description saying "Is Fist like at this time every year" .. its self explanatory really ( even for a drunk like me )
