 Something about Montigue I'm not entirely sure if this should be here, in bugs or in quests and I apologize for this.
I'm having trouble converting enemy weapons since Montigue won't shut up about Eleanor, now, usually, this is because I haven't completed all the quests that I need to complete, but I HAVE done so, I've completed all 3 starting quests [Battle Training, Stake, Metal], Secret Delivery and Doc's secret plan, and in neither of the available quests where I can meet Montigue, will he say anything other then "Where's Elenor?".
Is there anything I'm forgetting?

Re: Something about Montigue Gov quests can be found in the multiplayer (not battle) game mode, talk to momoka to access the Gov quests  Thar ^-^
