I just created an account here, and installed the client. When I went to go patch the client, it said that it couldn't connect to the server. I wasn't sure if the server is down, or I'm doing something wrong?

Also, I know my guild-card isn't right, but I haven't had a chance to go in-game and get it, so I had to put something in to register for the forums.

Moving to help section, no bug is outlined.

Look around in this forum, see if you've followed all the instructions in the announcements, etc.
