Would it be possible to reduce the rare enemy rate for this week so TA doesn't... 'screw-up' so much?
Rare enemies spawning make it very annoying.

Re: Coca Cola Presents: Race Towards Tomorrow 2ND STRIKE! From what I can see, the appearance rate is for all difficulties and is not separately changeable. That is, a change to the rate affects all difficulties the same amount. All rare enemies would have to have separate rate allowances for that idea to work, and I don't think the server code is set up to do that, at least by default.
