Anyway, if you have a Skyly, Yellowboze or Whitill in Ultimate, do some tower runs. You can get MKB from one of the Meri's. If you have a Redria in Ultimate, even better - just do Seabed. Dolmolms drop.

Nobody actually goes there though since the teleporter from Vol Opt goes back to Pioneer 2 in BB, unless the area is in the Government Quests, which nobody does anyway (and if they do, they only go up to 4-1 to unlock Ruins for solo quests).
Still, I think the Government Quests were a silly move. Doing a map run for the next area is just simpler. ]:
