Red Ring Hunt. Go.
Ok so I wasn't seriously time attacking this in that I broke boxes and went to the shop, but this was my best time:
Things I'd need to have happen to significantly improve this time:
-Ignore the boxes and not go to the store? XD
-Obtain an Abeast/Hit Excal
-Inv activation at De Rol Le
-Acquire a Machine/Dark/Hit Heaven Striker
-Acquire a Spirit Needle and 2 adepts for Vol Opt form 2
-Acquire a Machine Iron Faust for Vol Opt form 1
-Inv activation at Darvants
-Have Falz NOT be a pain in the ass in any form. I.e Constant DP in form 2 and not activating his shields at inopportune times in form 3
The rings I acquired before Red Ring, which all have the same drop rate XD
Finally Red Ring drops. I went to count my runs to be more precise, but I was unaware that the chat log truncated names 2 characters. It took about 40-45 runs solo, which is about average. I'm pretty happy about that =)
All in all, it was a fun hunt despite being TTF. It was a bit nostalgic for me since I hadn't solo'd TTF like this since version 2. I was already 200 by the time TTF was actually released, and Falz was much tougher back then so I solo'd the quest to get the rewards for certain people.
I might end up seriously trying to improve my time since I have a few more red rings to hunt, and TA'ing makes it considerably less monotonous even if I suck at it XD
